Опи­са­ны ре­зульта­ты ана­ли­за и си­сте­ма­ти­за­ции тре­бо­ва­ний к ор­га­ни­за­ции при­мене­ния теле­ме­ди­цинских тех­но­ло­гий при ока­за­нии ме­ди­цинской по­мо­щи. При­ве­де­ны при­ме­ры фор­ма­ли­зо­ван­но­го опи­са­ния про­цес­сов ин­фор­ма­ци­онно­го вза­и­мо­дей­ствия при вы­пол­не­нии теле­ме­ди­цинских услуг. Сфор­му­ли­ро­ва­ны предло­же­ния по вклю­че­нию в но­мен­кла­ту­ру ме­ди­цинских услуг утвер­жден­ную при­ка­зом Мин­здра­ва Рос­сии 13.10.2017 № 804н но­вых классов теле­ме­ди­цинских услуг.

The results of the analysis and systematization of requirements to the organization of application of telemedicine technologies in the provision of medical care are described. Examples of formalized description of information interaction processes in the performance of telemedicine services are given. The proposals for the inclusion of new classes of telemedicine services in the Nomenclature of medical services are formulated.
