Reviewed here is the challenge of the deep learning of artificial intelligence systems, with the MeDiCase system used as an example. The problems related to teaching expert systems with associative learning, diagnostic games with the choice of a doctor’s knowledge, issues of the heuristic and deductive approach in diagnostics are analyzed. The conclusion is made that clinical guidelines as an important element of standardizing the healthcare system can play a fundamental role in deep learning of intelligence systems in medicine.
